NOTES: Although the images are nice stressing the gastrocnemius and Color or Power Doppler images over the area of interest could have helped in forming the opinion. The extended field of view (EFOV) helps in evaluating a global view of the affected area. It is always important to get a long axis (LAX) and short axis (SAX).
